1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Services

We provide website design and development, Google Business Profile optimization, WhatsApp Business setup, local SEO, and related digital services specifically for small businesses in Hyderabad, India. Our goal is to help you attract more customers. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any service at any time.

3. User Accounts and Communication

To access certain features, you may need to provide your name, business name, phone number, and email address. You are responsible for the accuracy of this information. By contacting us, you agree to receive communication related to your project.

4. Intellectual Property

All website designs, code, content, and materials created by us remain our property until full payment is received. After full payment, ownership of the final website design and code is transferred to you, except for any third-party libraries or tools used, which remain under their respective licenses.

5. Client Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to us, such as business photos, team profiles, customer testimonials, and service descriptions. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it solely for providing our services and showcasing your project in our portfolio (unless you request otherwise in writing).

6. Payment and Billing

Fees for our services are outlined in your project agreement and vary by plan: Small is paid in full upfront; Middle is 50% upfront and 50% on completion; Large is split into three milestones — 40% upfront, 30% at a working demo, and 30% on launch. Maintenance plans (if selected) are billed monthly. All payments are due in Indian Rupees (INR). Late payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Results Guarantee

We offer a 60-day results guarantee as part of select packages. If your business does not receive at least 10 new customer inquiries within 60 days of launch, we will continue working free of charge until that target is met. This guarantee is subject to you providing accurate business information and following our recommendations.

8. Confidentiality

We are committed to protecting your confidential information. We will not disclose your business data, customer details, or business information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to provide our services (e.g., hosting providers).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue or customers.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your content, or your violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without cause, effective upon notice. You may also terminate the agreement by providing written notice, subject to any outstanding payments.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and the state of Telangana. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

13. Changes to This Agreement

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the new terms on this page.
